02. How do you find your candidates?

We use a mix of database searches, networking and online job boards to source our candidates. 

03. What is the registration process?

You will be asked to confirm your e-mail by sending a message to Jobs@zrrecruitsltd.co.uk. 

After this, you will be asked several questions relevant to the role you are applying for.

04. Do you offer temporary-permanent positions?

Yes, we have a proven track record, with 90% of our temporary workers successfully transitioning to permanent roles. 

05. Can you guarantee an interview or job?

No, but direct connections can significantly increase the chances of success.

06. Does the agency have an ICO Registration Certificate?

07. Does a temporary position guarantee hours?

No. For guaranteed hours please apply for a permanent role. 

Although some temporary assignments can offer up to 60 hours per week, we cannot guarantee consistent hours.
